In the role of Community Manager, you are the operator of your location. You are responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy through various hospitality techniques as well as leading a rapport of exceptional customer service with your members and guests. You are innovative, passionate, a hard worker and continuously seeking ways to improve our services through focused efforts on hospitality and member experiences. This position includes many different facets and responsibilities that all align with ensuring smooth day to day operations of your space. This role reports to the General Manager of the location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing and executing building/office operations and make sure processes are running smoothly
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a member, from inquiry to new tours, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Assist in expense management for your location
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
  • Work with General Manager to maintain 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals and managing churn
  • Maintaining company standards and expectations
  • Responsible for member engagements, community events, and supporting member networking
  • Orient first-time members and short-term guests
  • Responsible for maintaining the culture and vibe of the space
  • Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, etc.)
  • Relationship management of Bond Collective vendors
  • Continuously explore and curate partnerships and community programs that offer value to our members and their organizations

Experience & Requirements:

  • Experience implementing budgets
  • Experience managing a diverse group of personalities
  • Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
  • Willing to learn new systems and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
  • Experience in a Hospitality driven industry
  • Past leadership experience preferred
  • IT experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
