r24 Holding GmbH is looking for an experienced (Senior) Sales Manager to add value to our growth activities by identifying new revenue opportunities and managing sales & events efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to senior management.

 

An excellent (Senior) Sales Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.  

The goal is to promote and expand the company’s sales activity that will maximise revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth.
  • Carrying out risk assessment when taking on new customer accounts.
  • Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.
  • Understanding corporate business and customer/ client needs and ensuring broker relations is maintained
  • Lead generation and Analyzing opportunities for growth via acquisition 
  • Supporting new sales strategies and ensuring best practices.
  • Making commercial recommendations to Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales for further review / approvals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed commercial opportunities
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Proven experience as senior sales manager or other relevant role
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Relevant industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the market.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential, additional languages are beneficial but not necessary
  • Preferred experience working in coworking, coliving, hospitality, information technology organizations, Software as a Service (SaaS), Marketing technology, Advertising technology, or Knowledge of data and technology businesses within the advertising and real estate industry are preferred, but not mandatory.
