This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Development
Manager to join our very talented team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the successful candidate will take the lead in all things sales related to our end-to-end approach in a B2B environment (business development, requirements gathering, proposal creation, consulting, pitching and closing). You need to be target-driven, have strong commercial acumen, and an understanding of how to work in a B2B software sales environment.
Define and deliver the commercial strategy to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure. Contribute to collaborative working relationships within the organisation in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals.
Lead development of the company’s product marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a particular emphasis on cost-effective customer acquisition and market demand generation.
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth. Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives. Including, inside sales, direct sales, enterprise sales and identifying most appropriate distributors.
