Ruby Cup is an award winning menstrual cup brand sold both online, offline, B2C and B2B always incorporating our Buy One Give One model. This entails that for every cup sold, another one is donated to a girl or woman, who cannot access menstrual care products.

We are a social business with purpose and profit closely interlinked and we are pioneers in bringing menstrual cups to low-income communities.

What is the job description and responsibilities?

We are looking for a self driven person, highly motivated and interested in creating sustainable and profitable business relationships with resellers and distributors. Your initial market focus will be German speaking countries and Northern Europe and you will work with and report to our Head of B2B Sales and our COO. Your efforts will become a crucial part of growing our global sales network, which currently spans more than 25 countries. Your main tasks will be:

  • Increase sales & profit and strengthen relationship with existing agents and distributors
  • Identify new, profitable markets, retailers and distributors
  • Establish, retain, and develop close customer relationships
  • Follow-up and analyse sales and activities with customers
  • Work closely with the team to propose and co-create efficient marketing and sales activities


Who are you?

  • You have 2+ years experience with international sales.
  • You know how to spot and close a deal
  • You are self-driven and able to efficiently prioritize and execute plans and tasks
  • You have experience with or are curious to learn about women and/or health focused products
  • You are open-minded and positive
  • You are fluent in English and German, an excellent communicator (oral and written), French is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You are able to travel (50%)
  • You live or would like to live in Barcelona.
  • You are flexible and enjoy a dynamic working environment, and having fun!


Location: If you join our team, you will be working at our head office in the vibrant city of Barcelona. We are based at CREC Coworking in the lovely neighbourhood of Poble Sec.

Hours: Full Time

Start date: ASAP

Salary range: 24k€ to 27k€ annually depending on experience

Contract type: Permanent contract with 3 months trial period, renewable
