The role of Co-working Application Specialist will support the day to day activities of the all Labs departments including marketing, sales, operations, members service etc.
As part of the role scope will be
Core coworking solution administration
Complementary solutions (printing, access control)
OBJECTIVES FOR THIS ROLE
Maintains business efficiency by planning and implementing business systems, amongst those Salesforce and property management system
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Active participation within the Labs salesforce implementation
Implementing system changes for new or improved processes (hands on)
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Act as main focal point for all system related issues for both training and support.
Protect and ensure data is always properly maintained and the business is using the system according to the procedures.
DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day to day system support to the operations, sales and finance department including security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log to identify and solve errors, etc.
Active participation in a major Salesforce implementation as part of the project team to lead go-live initiatives as well as actively participating in implementation of new processes
Troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide user support
Monitor system data to ensure procedures are being followed accordingly and data is cleaned across the database.
Own system configurations as well as master data management.
Create and maintain processes and procedures that help business users to perform their day to day tasks.
Perform routine/schedule data audits of the system.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
At least three years as a System Lead / Software Admin / or a similar role
End user support & training
Writing system documentation. training materials and operating processes
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Nexudus or other co-working management solutions - Major advantage
Relevant work experience as part of a real-estate or hospitality business
Business and technical knowledge understanding
