We are currently looking for a young and enthusiastic Campus Launcher who can take care of our Talent Garden campus in Barcelona.

This person will be the heart and soul of the entire campus community, sales, event activities and daily operations, reporting directly to our Country Manager.

As Campus Launcher & Community Builder you will:

  • Launch Talent Garden Barcelona and its operations
  • Grow from zero to "the place to be" for digital innovators and explorers 
  • Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics
  • Conduct campus tours to work towards and maintain 100% building occupancy when Community Leads are unavailable
  • Engage in the larger community of the market by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations
  • Handle all the incoming sales requests, offers and members onboarding.
  • Receive all the incoming sales requests for events and support external clients in the logistics organization of their events.
  • Update and manage the local CRM database.
  • Define, set up and manage the day to day operations of the Campus
  • Select and manage vendors and suppliers for the destination
  • Prepare quotes, contracts and invoices
  • Take responsibility of the community feeling within the campus and assist and support members with day-to-day issues.
  • Implement Talent Garden’s practices and community management methodologies.
  • Organise various community activities and events.
  • Be the main contact person for the members, external communities, clients and partners of Talent Garden campus.
  • Contribute with your ideas and solutions to the local and global team.

  • Ready to assist all the external clients and their request for services.
  • Creative, proactive and not afraid to get your hands dirty!


You also have:

  • Proven experience in sales 
  • A natural feel for ‘customer obsession’ and a good sense of hospitality. You love working with people.
  • Great sales and communication skills.
  • Analytical approach.

  • Spanish as native language, excellent written & spoken English
