We are looking for a CFO Assistant to join the Administration, Finance and Control (AFC) team in a full time position based in Milan, Italy.

What a TAG CFO Assistant will do:

 

 

  •  
  • Supervise the preparation, update and presentation of periodic performance reporting, financial and deltas analysis.
  •  
  • Help the Group CFO in improving the management of his agenda, taking care of deadlines and supervising projects;
  •  
  • Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks including, but not limited to: financial modeling and analysis, finance and operational process optimization, data management, analytics and visualization, business plan assessments, financial technology enablement, transaction support, and finance transformation
  •  
  • Support team members on understanding and working properly under the Order-to-cash (O2C) and Procurement-to-pay (P2P) cycles, on topics dealing with AFC matter.
  •  
  • Assist the group with the activities in the field of Administration, Finance & Control: accounting, bookkeeping, financial monitoring, cash flow & treasury management, reporting on the Group ERP (Netsuite by Oracle);
  •  
  • Establish and oversee processes to attain accurate financial and business data, measurement homogeneity and accurate and timely measurement of shared KPIs with the BU management;
  •  
  • Support the adoption of Group procedures and workflow and adaptation to specific needs of the local compliance to enable preparation of accurate and timely reports;
  •  
  • Analysis of BU processes together with the process owners responsible for identifying and implementing possible optimization on the economic / financial front;
  •  
  • Support in evaluating the economic and financial impact of non-standard business decisions (e.g. new investments for product development or business extension) through ad hoc analysis;

You are:

 

 

A professional of at least 4 years of experience in audit, management consulting, or prior experience as an Assistant to the CFO. You come from an extensive financial background with business-oriented experience.

 

At higher-education you went for an Accounting diploma or Degree (at least Bachelor) related to business administration, preferably with major in commerce or accounting.

 

Telling you the truth, a background in accounting from professional high school is highly appreciated.
