Our Campus in Madrid is a mix of coliving and coworking spaces across the city. It is an exciting home and office of more than 400 people from all walks of life! Today, we are looking for a Sales Manager to help us build and grow this vibrant community.

As a Sales Manager your role in Madrid would be to define and lead our sales strategy, source new potential members and transform them into happy residents!

This is a demanding position with significant responsibilities and workload that required strong organization and negotiation skills. We, therefore, look for a highly talented and motivated individual with demonstrable experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment. The position is based in Madrid and will work very closely, and report, to Urban Campus's Chief Operation Officer.

Here is what will be expected from you, as Sales Manager :

  • Definition of our coworking/coliving sales strategy and action plan to reach our business goals
  • Setup strategic partnerships to generate a constant flow of leads
  • Monitor the member acquisition process from identification to contract signature
  • Collaborate with the operation team to convert leads into members in our different spaces
  • Design innovative and creative sales methods to generate leads, monitoring of the acquisition funnel, and constant collaboration with the Marketing team to improve efficiency.
  • Improve our sales processes and tools
  • Prepare and present monthly activity reports

The position is based in Madrid and will report directly to the COO.

Here are the must:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a sales manager role. Please note that you will be asked to present and discuss your track record during the interview process.
  • Empathic, positive and enthusiast
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
  • Analytical and result-driven
  • Lifehacker mindset: always looking for new solutions to be more efficient, save time...
  • An innovative and curious mind, comfortable with digital tools (ex: Hubspot, Zapier, ...).
  • Complete fluency in Spanish and English. Any other European language a plus.
