The Brew by rent24 is looking for a superstar all-rounder with a positive attitude to join the team as a Community Host.

Community Hosts have a varied job with new activities to handle daily that help to support the running of our coworking spaces including looking after our members' experience to ensuring everything in the space works. You'll be based at one of our locations in Shoreditch or the City in a role that combines operations, customer service, communications and sales.

The successful candidate should be a problem solver who is quick on their feet, as well as confident and personable. You should be able to accurately following instructions and our operations guidelines and be organised with the management of your tasks and time. You'll have a professional approach to your work being used to dealing with face-to-face issues and handling different customer service issues.

It is a very exciting time for The Brew by rent24 as we have just expanded, and we will soon be rolling out even more new spaces across London which means there will be lots of fantastic new career opportunities for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Community Lead/Manager
  • Co-ordinating daily activities in the coworking spaces such as virtual office, hotdeskers, members' access, printing, post and front desk
  • Ensuring the members' experience is of the highest quality
  • Being the first point of contact for members by managing requests, needs and enquiries
  • Onboarding new members and welcoming them into the community
  • Maintaining the space to the highest quality standard
  • Helping with facilities management and maintenance including health and safety, aircon, security, cleaning, and utilities and communications infrastructure
  • Touring prospective members around the space, selling membership and following up
  • Dealing with and managing a variety of suppliers
  • Hosting events and activities that enhance the member experience
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed, related to operations, the amenities, and the membership Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience - preferably from a coworking, serviced office, student accommodation, hotel or other related hospitality background
  • A people person who can make members feel comfortable and supported
  • Superb attention to detail with brilliant organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to do a whole range of jobs
  • Interest in small business and entrepreneurialism is a plus
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential Benefits

Salary: £21K - £24K
