Location: Mumbai

Min Experience Required: Graduate with 2 years of work experience.

You will:

  • Create a collaborative environment among our members through events, activities, personal introductions, and building walk-throughs
  • Organize community meets, community hours, collaborative activities and host every event in the center
  • Work with communication team to create and collect media content from activities and events from the center
  • Build Partnership deals with different companies to enhance customer values
  • Communicate and understand co-workers to ensure the highest level of member’s satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the team on sales and occupancy targets
  • Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations
  • Drive growth and promotion of Innov8 provided service offerings
  • Understand the needs and businesses of the co-workers
  • Ensure a healthy community and facilitate community dynamics
  • Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of educational, member appreciation, and lead generating/sales related events

You have:

  • Graduate or PGDM degree with Customer facing or sales experience with 1.5 + years’ experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional public speaking skills
  • Cold outreach experience
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passion and understanding of entrepreneurial communities
  • Mindset open to new and innovative solutions
