We are currently looking for a high energy Corporate Business Partner who will help companies in Italy to enable their digital transformation through Talent Garden's products and ecosystem.

Our Corporate Business Partners are accountable for achieving sales targets, managing overall relationships with current clients while also developing our network and exploring new business opportunities in Italy.

As a Corporate Business Partner You Will

  • Develop a deep understanding of Talent Garden's ecosystem and products and articulate their value propositions, features, and benefits;
  • Define key business, operating and contractual requirements for strategic partnerships/ agreements with corporates and public agencies
  • Take full responsibility for managing and growing customer portfolio and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic selling processes and adherence to sales plan;
  • Show the ability to carry out end to end sales activities (identify client needs, develop proposals, present offers, negotiate, and close opportunities) to current and prospect clients;
  • Establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers;
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers;
  • Supervise and coordinate project delivery serving as the interface between the client and the operations team;
  • Check results, share reports with customers and continuously gather feedback;
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly;
  • Work with internal legal advisor to define contracts.

You Are

  • At ease in delivering a presentation, communicating to a wide variety of audiences, and following up on administrative tasks;
  • Coming from a corporate background, but have always flirted with the startup ecosystem
  • You accept no compromise both on sales target and on the quality of the sales;
  • In the midst of the work storm you are not put off easily: you are the one maintaining self-control and taking challenges in your stride;
  • You can find innovative and creative solutions both to the market challenges and to everyday client needs;
  • You know how to have fun while you achieve your goals and make yourself available to the team for common results;
  • You are passionate about the innovation ecosystem, digital and education;
  • You are flexible and know how to work cross-functionally

You Also Put People At The Center And Have

  • At least 10 years experience in a sales, account management or customer success roles
  • Superior people skills and ability to manage relationships
  • Proven experience managing to a quota and exceeding revenue goals. You get the order/sale when mortal people would have failed
  • Ability to sell through storytelling
  • Ability to be flexible and achieve amazing results in a fast-paced atmosphere while remaining focused, working productively, and successfully juggling many tasks and relationships
  • Analytical-mindset: you translate data into a simple solution and uses that;
  • Tons of empathy in your pockets and an ability to listen actively to identify needs
  • A Result-driven approach: you don't only focus on your own results, but always do what's best for the clients and the delivery teams
  • A constant desire to improve and look for better solutions
  • Ninja negotiation and project management skills
