About the Role:

The market for shared space is changing rapidly, and the Enterprise Advisor role will be pivotal in leading and developing an important influx of Fortune 500+ companies exploring our portfolio. Responsible for coordinating with the executive team and community teams alike, the Enterprise Advisor will focus their attention on companies actively or potentially interested in a larger/substantial footprint within our communities. Attention to detail and comfortability in discussing with C-Suite executives are the primary drivers of this role, as well as being able to effectively communicate and strategize with both our team and theirs. The ideal candidate has intensive experience in B2B and Account Management roles, to successfully pinpoint and translate client needs and requirements within our portfolio of offerings.

 

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Communicate the Bond Collective Brand to all prospects, with particular attention to high priority brands and requirements

  • Tour relevant high priority potential clients through both our current locations and upcoming additions to the portfolio

  • Management of the full sales process from qualification to close

  • Negotiate sales with top C-level executives, in coordination with team leads and executives

  • Collaboration with Bond Collective community teams to ensure availability and tour readiness for relevant units.

  • Reporting and tracking of sales data, breaking down individual processes and results

  • Business development: develop/use canvassing lists to reach out enterprise clients, prioritizing messaging and inventory

  • Maintain lead engagement throughout the sales process to ensure proper touchpoints and top-of-mind engagement

  • Cold canvassing through outbound marketing, calling, campaigns

  • Evaluate needs of companies to determine how much and what type of space they require

  • Work with design team to propose floor plans and layouts for prospects

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of enterprise-level Business-to-Business (B2B) selling experience with evidence of exceptional performance

  • At least 2 years of direct account management experience

  • Comfortability in C-Suite negotiations and outreach.

  • Demonstrate strong phone and in person prospecting skills

  • Successful sales experience in a face-to-face // cold calling background.

  • A strong work ethic needed for market development through prospecting and cold calling.

  • Excellent closing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Work as a positive team member, always available to assist colleagues, teammates, members, customers, etc.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
