We are looking for an Expansion Manager to join Huckletree’s Expansion Team to help with the growth of the Huckletree portfolio. You will balance multiple projects at once, ensuring that our real estate pipeline is constantly delivered in a timely and efficient manner. 


    • Overall project manage new launch projects
    • Hold regular site meetings with HQ, contractors and design teams
    • Be the Gatekeeper for project tracker on Airtable ensuring this is constantly updated and correct
    • Recruit community team for new sites; training of new hires
    • Implement operational processes and procedures
    • Work closely with the Product Specialist on the spec of fit-out
    • Coordinate all legal and financial items required for new sites with the finance team
    • Review assessments ensuring all assumptions and data is correct for future projects
    • Review competitor analysis resources (operationally, pricing, floor-plans, property statistics etc.)
    • Punctually create all necessary sales materials to enable Expansion team to hit KPIs,
    • Create custom proposals for anchor / standard members during the pre-launch phase alongside the sales team
    • Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, focusing on lead-gen but also assisting with tours on site
    • Develop our pre-launch strategy with sales & marketing teams
    • Assist in in creating, planning and running pre-launch events
    • Develop commercial relationships to help source and close Enterprise Members
    • Prepare weekly executive KPI reports summarising the status of projects and workstreams
    • Create a realistic full year P&L on all new locations with new GM
    • Implement best-in-class processes and system infrastructure to facilitate rapid business expansion across Europe over the next 24 months
    • Constantly develop our assessment process
    • Ensure effective communication between all relevant departments
    • Assist Head of Expansion as required


    • You are a Graduate in Business, Science or Engineering from a top tier university
    • You have +3 years high-growth management with international experience
    • You are an expert expert in project manager and proven track record in hitting and surpassing KPIs
    • You have the ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders through high-pressure launch projects
    • You have a high degree of commercial IQ and be a strategic thinker
    • You have the ability to use market research and data to commercially sound decisions
    • You have experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented working environment with entrepreneurial DNA
    • You have the ability to understand the Huckletree business from all angles; from commercial to brand
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and the ability to construct Huckletree business models
