Huckletree is part of the exciting, diverse and rapidly growing co-working landscape. As General Manager, you’ll balance leading a team, supporting a curated community of members and putting your stamp your Huckletree hub.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside our Central Sales, Marketing, Product and Expansion teams, all against the backdrop of London’s thriving tech ecosystem and fast-paced startup landscape.

You will:

  • Mentor your team to reach and exceed all location KPI’s, sales targets and business objectives
  • Establish best practice management tools including Monday Morning team, KPI meetings, monthly one-on-one meetings and year-end performance reviews to track individual performance
  • Develop and implement your own initiatives with your team, and work with Marketing to continually drive high quality leads to your location
  • Ensure that the correct tools are put in place to process information flow between your team members and manage your location efficiently
  • Ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction
  • Own and oversee the P&L of your building, working with our Finance Department to ensure accurate invoicing and reconciling; performing monthly member payment reconciliations, opex reconciliations and budget analyses
  • Manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring all operations are efficient
  • Forecast revenues for future months and report on current performance
  • Report into the Head of Operations, UK

Requirements

You should apply if:

  • You have experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members, staff and external stakeholders
  • You have a background as a GM or assistant GM at a member’s club, gym concept or independent hotel
  • You have experience managing teams to produce exceptional results
  • You have demonstrable experience in forecasting, budgeting, business development & strategic planning
  • You are highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven
  • An immersion in your city’s tech ecosystem is a plus
