This role will put you through your paces and get you learning from day one. Your day-to-day will involve running a Huckletree location, managing and motivating your team, and providing an unrivalled experience for our members.

    • Mentor your team to reach and exceed all location KPI’s, sales targets and business objectives
    • Establish best practice management tools including Monday Morning team, KPI meetings, monthly one-on-one meetings and year-end performance reviews to track individual performance
    • Develop and implement your own initiatives with your team, and work with Marketing and Business Development to continually drive high quality leads to your location
    • Ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction
    • Own and oversee the budget of your building, working with our Finance Department to ensure accurate invoicing and reconciling; performing monthly member payment reconciliations, opex reconciliations and budget analyses
    • Manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring all operations are efficient
    • Ensure that the correct tools are put in place to process information flow between your team members and manage your location efficiently
    • Forecast revenues for future months
    • Report directly to the CEO


    • You have a background as a GM or assistant GM at a member’s club, gym concept or independent hotel
    • You have experience managing teams to produce exceptional results
    • You have demonstrable experience in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, business development & strategic planning
    • You are highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven
    • You have experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
    • You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members, staff and external stakeholders
    • An immersion in your city’s tech ecosystem is a plus
