Job Overview

The role of the Inbound Sales Manager is to maximise revenue for the business, with a focus on (but not limited to) new client acquisitions. You will be liaising with clients and third parties on a daily basis and therefore must be confident and proactive. The key to the position is communication, with the main focus on turning enquiries in to office viewings for the wider sales team. To provide regular updates and reports to the business as instructed and to feedback on all key findings. 


  • Securing opportunities by developing and nurturing client relationships via phone, email and in person.
  • To be fully responsible for qualifying and managing all enquiries received for office and coworking requirements across all LABS locations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of LABS USPs and the local competition.
  • Manage each enquiry through the CRM system.
  • Use all available reporting tools to report on the ongoing KPIs of the business on a week to week, month to month basis.
  • To manage all inboxes with the aim to contact all enquiries in the quickest time possible and provide the relevant information required.
  • To be the first point of call for the LABS sales line.
  • To communicate availability to brokers/agents and existing clients on a weekly basis with regulat updates where needed.
  • Review our listings on all broker and agent sites on a monthly basis and ensure that they contain the most up to date information and images
  • Work with the marketing team in order to drive direct new business opportunities and create a waiting list mentality.
  • Be confident in upselling products and ensuring that the options put forward are the most suitable solution for the client.
  • Work towards personal and team targets alongside the rest of the sales team.
  • Communicate to brokers/agents on successful transactions.
  • Maintain all sales folders within LABS ensuring all documents are organised and up to date.
  • Support the wider sales team as required.
  • Develop market leading best practice to deliver unparalleled service to all your come into contact with at LABS.
