rent24 is looking for a high-performing, results-orientated Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The successful candidate will be extremely diligent and with a proven track record in sales.

You will be responsible for prospecting, outreaching, and generating leads in the Germany in line with our fast-growing expansion plans. You’ll also be crafting our sales plans and justifying those to plans to the Leadership Team. This role reports to the Head of Sales.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working in a scale-up, be able to juggle multiple priorities and be persuasive in driving positive outcomes from senior decision-makers. You’ll also have the opportunity to input into the German product and pricing strategy. This role provides the successful candidate with the prospect to grow within one of our core markets and has fantastic career potential.

Responsibilities

  • Will be the first point of contact, providing quick and accurate responses to enquiries via the phone, email, our website, third-party partners and brokers
  • Adept at qualifying leads by learning about the prospects’ business, understanding their workspace needs, business performance and growth plans
  • Ability to successfully match prospects’ needs with our offerings, develop proposals and accurately articulate rent24’s USP
  • A reliable performer with a track record of overachieving on monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Efficient in using the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date and provide regular reports to the Leadership Team
  • Diligently arranges viewings, follow-ups and can close complex, high value sales
  • Raise accurate contracts for all sales
  • Brilliant at cultivating strong relationships with our brokers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Is resilient when applying our offline sales strategy which includes attending events and engaging with Decision Makers, Influencers, Founders and C-Suite to sell in our workplace offerings
  • Creative thinker who can find new solutions to meet growing revenue targets
  • Can apply innovative ways to improve the sales cycle including improving lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge of rent24’s offerings while also being aware of the competitor landscape, relevant economic factors and current coworking, workplace and market trends
  • Great communicator who can work well with our onsite teams
     

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ B2B experience- preferably from a coworking, serviced office, venue sales or conference sponsorship background
  • Successful previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and sector knowledge
  • Excellent leadership skills, great team player with strong coaching mentoring and people management skills.
