  • Maximize inbound leads by growing our existing SEO and linkbuilding operation.
  • Manage, execute, and oversee key SEO tasks such as:

SEO QA all website content 

Keyword research

SERP management

Sitemap creation

Negative SEO management

  • Oversee and manage Fueled’s website

Run daily scrums with Fueled.com team

Prioritize and assign tasks to the resourced web team in Jira

Product QA all changes made to fueled.com

Perform weekly site audits

  • Provide feedback on pages that have poor traffic and conversions to improve performance
  • Oversee and manage reviews on top referral sites such as Clutch and Goodfirms
  • Manage all marketing resourcing needs between departments
  • Manage our digital advertising and overseeing social
  • Help determine the team's overall content strategy
  • Take ownership of our writing operation, including the management of freelance content creators
  • Coach, advise and act as content editor for Content Marketers
  • Manage Fueled's newsletter and leading the Marketing team in email list growth
  • Develop tests for email opt-ins, content upgrades, and other activities designed to improve blog performance lead generation
  • Manage content distribution and placement as per arrangements with content partners
  • Partner with New Projects to assess quality of leads and meet weekly and monthly goals, potentially including participation in our outbound BD operation
  • Onboard and manage marketing apprentices, digital marketing strategists, and content marketing strategists
  • Lead execution of core marketing projects
  • Track time accurately and punctually
  • Create department reports and documentation
  • Manage relationships with external content creators, journalists, and subject matter experts to promote Fueled press and any internal projects
  • Support client-needs across a similar set of tasks to those mentioned above


  • Has a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing management in the digital space
  • Has a strong understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, content management, and social media management
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide strong leadership to junior team members, as well as the ability to project manage across different departments
  • Has strong time management and organizational skills
  • Has a base understanding of HTML in regards to SEO 
  • Has a strong understanding of Google Analytics and can interpret data, prioritize marketing needs, and create actionable goals
