We are currently looking for a Learning Manager to join the Innovation School of Talent Garden Rome. The candidate will design and deliver training programs for students.

What should you expect?

You will manage our masters, workshops, masterclasses, you will ensure that our students' experience is great and that learning takes place through the most innovative, fun and experiential methods. You will be working with the Rome Innovation School Team reporting directly to the Learning Managers Coordinator.


You will

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery and co-ordination of school programmes
  • Build and maintain relationship with student to ensure the successful delivery of the learning experience
  • Manage third party contributions to the programme
  • Manage educational budgets
  • Monitor the activities through reporting, control and analysis of the performances and KPIs
  • Monitor the training market, identifying national market trends

You are

- Outstanding at design and delivery of training/educational programmes

- Experienced at managing resource allocation and negotiating with third parties/suppliers

- Passionate about student experience and delivering action/active-learning pedagogies

- Actively interested in tech and startup scene


You also have:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in the role of project manager in education/training environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Knowledge of the main design thinking methodologies and an agile work experience
  • Ability to take a flexible approach to programme management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead/manage key projects
  • A constant desire to improve and look for better solutions
  • Tons of empathy in your pockets and the ability to bring out people’s highest potential
  • Good knowledge of English (written & oral)
