Purpose of Role/Job Overview


In close partnership with the Revenue Team, you will develop, own and drive the leasing strategy of the Enterprise / Corporate market and generate new business through your networks and be reactive to inbound traffic.


To account manage the ongoing retention of leased space occupiers within LABS and ensure that they remain satisfied and happy with their occupation of space. To react to all expansion growth opportunities that may arise, drive revenue growth and reduce in costs where possible.


  • To lead the full development of a dynamic leasing strategy for space in the existing portfolio

and new buildings as they come online to LABS and the wider group.

  • To direct and complete all new business deals across both the LABS mature and new estate

with corporate/ enterprise clients. This is specific to leased opportunities within the group

space offering.

  • To lead all negotiations, creating innovative, bespoke leasing transactions that leverage the

unique benefits and flexibility of the LABS network

  • To account manage ALL leased occupiers of space within LABS.
  • To drive impactful marketing campaigns to maximise leasing volumes for each individual group asset within LABS.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with all clients in order to generate further revenue streams.
  • Working closely with LABS’ marketing channels channel partners to the view of building of key commercial relationships both in terms of gaining additional workspace requirements and building representation.
  • To suppprt the ongoing development of LABS’ proactive sales strategy to systematically target desired accounts and occupiers.
  • Work with our existing occupiers to develop and enhance all silitions to deliver and support their real estate strategy into the LABS group offering.
  • To lead external agency relationships to maximise understanding of the LABS suite of product offering
  • Client solutions focused mentality.


  • Effectively communicate across all levels within the business.
  • Develop a strong understanding of LABS USPs and the local competition.
  • Lead by example and help support the wider needs of the business on all good business endeavours.
  • Use existing strong network of industry and occupier contacts.


  • RICS Qualification
  • Educated to a degree level
