rent24 is looking for a high-performing Location Managers to join our teams. As the Location Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the business operations and community needs of the property. This role reports to the Expansion Manager.

We are seeking for a passionate and unique individual focused on customer service, business development, fulfilling customer needs and at the same time adhering to set business targets. The successful candidate will be very diligent with a proven track record in management of properties in the US market, preferably in the coworking / coliving space.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with ambiguity, be able to juggle multiple priorities and be adept at driving decisions across multiple areas of the business. This role provides the candidate the opportunity to grow in one of our core markets and has great career growth potential.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Compliance with Budget constraints from HQ (Finance, HR, Procurement etc…)
  • Leadership & co-ordination (resource & space planning)
  • Collaborate with management team on several issues including, strategies, best practices, areas of development etc.
  • Ensuring corporate identity maintenance, equipment and appearance
  • Support Post Merger Integration initiatives / changes
  • Location optimization & development
  • Communication between location and HQ
  • Managing the entire location (Sales, Events, Offices etc.)
  • Troubleshooting for all issues on site
  • Controlling & maintaining constant communication with external service providers (cleaning, suppliers, events, security etc.) to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Relaying information regarding market changes & opportunities (city, area)
  • Regular consideration of topics relating to HSE & Quality in consultation with HQ.
  • Cooperation with potential partners in coordination with Sales Manager (negotiation closing)
  • Support and networking of the community at the site, with prioritized involvement of the Community Manager
  • Handle on-site facility maintenance issues via external service partners.
  • Taking care of issues, and technical problems at the location with tenants.
  • Issuing and controlling purchase orders and communicating to HQ.
  • Point of contact for potential and current tenants, and landlord.
  • Preparing monthly reports, budgets, managing staff, managing discounts (with consultation from with Sales Manager), optimizing location occupancy, drive profitability and meet revenue targets.
  • Managing, guiding and coaching of personnel on site.


Job Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not necessary
  • 4+ years’ experience in the coworking / coliving industry
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to delivery exceptional service and results
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent leadership skills, great team player with strong coaching mentoring and people management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire team with 5 or more to deliver exceptional results;
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills;
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Reliable and flexible, with professional yet friendly demeanor
  • Enjoys working in a challenging environment and continuous change and improvement.
