Found.ation is looking to add a member to its team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand, marketing and communications strategy focused on products, services and programs of the organization, as well as the startup ecosystem that it supports. He or she will be required to have very good collaboration skills and creative out of the box thinking. The candidate will be involved in all company’s activities including the startup, innovation and education pillars.



  • Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations of our current projects.
  • Oversee marketing-related initiatives, brand and messaging, content and communications.
  • Work alone or with internal stakeholders to develop original and innovative content related to our projects, events and various media channels.
  • Designing and implementing plans and concepts, liaising and negotiating with vendors, handling budgeting and invoicing.
  • Coordinate all event logistics: venues catering, transportation, signage, decorations, audio/visual, and presentation materials.
  • Create retrospective reports and briefs.
  • Provide team leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Be able to project manage successfully and collaborate well with other team members, stakeholders or partners.
  • Work under team’s framework, strive for optimization, uphold processes and assist in developing new ones.
  • Be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes that meet project goals.
  • Be an active Found.ation ambassador for innovation, technological education and digital transformation. That includes taking part in industry events and conferences and actively networking in the sector.


  • More than 3 years professional experience on positions with responsibilities that have a direct connection to expertise and experience that is relevant.
  • Track record of success implementing high level projects through collaboration with team members across many different roles and functions.
  • Strong written and spoken communicator with engaging presentation and reporting skills.
  • Very good project management skills and ability to work on own initiative, maintain pace and be responsible towards clients.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
  • Very digitally aware and tech-savvy.
  • Willing to improve his/her skills and knowledge and able to learn fast on the job and from partners.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written/spoken) is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Good knowledge of digital tools for content creation and content management.
