The Brew by rent24 is looking for a superstar all-rounder with a positive attitude to join the team as a Marketing Executive. As part of our expansion, you’ll be working on external and internal B2B campaigns that generate leads and aid with member retention.

You’ll be based at one of our locations in Shoreditch or the City in a role that combines all aspects of marketing including building an audience, lead generation, email marketing, social media, managing our SEO agency, partnerships, events and member retention.

The successful candidate will be brimming with ideas and should be comfortable setting out their marketing plan to the Leadership team, being ambitious and as realistic as budget demands and being able to find creative ways in which we can build our audience and convert them into members in the coworking space. Additionally, you’ll be very much a hands-on person, happy to work solo on many projects, getting stuck in and implementing the tactics that will result in successful results.

You’ll be a fantastic communicator with superb writing skills that mean you can turn your hand to writing copy for emails, invites to events, blog posts, case studies and in-depth white paper style documents.

Getting results is in your nature, you’ll be happy for your work to be measured by KPIs and you’ll be comfortable dealing with spreadsheets, generating regular reports and have meetings with the Leadership team about your approach and results.

  • Creating effective marketing campaigns that support our business objectives
  • Implement a range of tactics to successfully deliver marketing messages to our audiences internally and externally
  • Writing copy for various channels including emails, website, leaflets, brochures and social media
  • Building relationships and acting as the first point of contact with external partners, such as marketing suppliers, potential partnership organisations and journalists.
  • Ensuring cost-effective campaigns are negotiated and delivered
  • Keen eye on tracking campaigns and ensuring they are effectively managed and delivered on the agreed objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign results to the Leadership team, being open to qualitative and quantitative to develop and optimise strategies for best performance
  • Helping to define the KPIs relevant to your work and ensuring activity meets benchmarks and is reported regularly to the Leadership team
  • Maintaining a record of expenditure and ensuring marketing activity is completed within budget
  • Ongoing competitor monitoring and evaluation
  • Responsibility for developing and maintaining brand assets and promotional materials including leaflets, brochures and website
  • Working with the Community team to enhance our suite of member benefits
  • Developing the events programme and other activities that enhance the member experience
  • Completing special projects and participating in project teams as agreed and/or directed
  • Administrative tasks, as needed, related to marketing


  • 3-6 years’ experience in B2B Marketing
  • Brilliant and versatile writer who is confident writing engaging, lively copy for a range of channels
  • Demonstrable experience of writing B2B campaign copy
  • Diligent at managing and prioritising own workload
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Creatively minded and not afraid to fail
  • Eye for design
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to do a whole range of jobs
  • Interest in small business and entrepreneurialism is a plus
  • Experience of Public Relations is desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of the sales process is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of creative apps such as InDesign, Photoshop or Canva is desirable but not essential


  • Salary £26K - £32K
