As our Member Experience Project Manager you will make our solutions to improving member experience come to life by deploying them out to the Community.  You will establish credibility and confidence from the first meeting by curating exceptional experiences for members and stakeholders. 

Working cross-functionally you will lead your projects through defining scope, success metrics, stakeholders, pilot design, full roll-out through to hand-off to BAU. 

With a focus on the EMEA region, this role works as a strategic thought partner to the territory leadership in order to help them address member experience pain points by deploying and evaluating solutions. Success in this role will be improvement in member experience metrics, member retention and referrals.

The core responsibility for the Member Experience Project Manager role is to take the solutions from the Member Experience Team and other cross-functional teams and deploy them out to the community. 

You will be accountable for the creation and upkeep of project plans - including risk documentation, mitigation plans development and dependency tracking.  Stakeholder engagement will be a key focus for you, which you’ll manage by effective communication, hands on management and listening to understand how your projects have performed. 

You will be spinning many plates, so need to be at ease managing multiple projects and comfortable supporting your team with insight and experience design when needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing enterprise-level projects 

  • Project Manager qualification like PRINCE2, APM RPP, CMI diploma in project management 

  • Competent in project schedule, scope, budget control, accounting and reporting

  • Familiarity with business process analysis and data analytics

  • Expertise with office productivity tools, such as MS Office or G Suite

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
