About the Role:
In the role of Membership Advisor, you are the first point of contact in managing the ongoing sales at our locations. You will be assisting the portfolio remotely by answering sales inquiries, issuing license agreements, negotiating license terms, and supplementing the renewal process. A pivotal role for someone interested in direct account management, the Membership Advisor supports the team on-site, following their introduction to both the space and our community. Organizational skills, comfortability in closing and initiating sales, and active communication with the supporting team are crucial to the role’s success, with responsibility growing as the team and portfolio expands.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Primary point of contact for direct sales at our locations after the community team on site tours them around the space.
Issuing license agreements to those that are joining our spaces, effectively ‘closing’ the sale.
Negotiating license terms in coordination with team management and general guidelines.
Communicate with on-site teams to ensure maximum occupancy and retention.
Communicate with marketing and advertising teams to target spends and create effective promotions.
Manage and maintain lead databases and contact lists.
Renew and retain current members after their license agreement has expired.
Promoting growth and expansion of member accounts, and coordinating with on-site teams to accomplish seamlessly.
Promoting referral and broker programs to relevant accounts to create additional leadflow.
Support community and executive teams with miscellaneous projects to further develop pipelines and member offerings.
At least 1 year of Business-to-Business B2B selling experience with evidence of exceptional performance
Demonstrate strong phone and in person prospecting skills
Successful sales experience in a face-to-face cold calling background.
A strong work ethic needed for market development through prospecting and cold calling.
Excellent closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work as a positive team member, always available to assist colleagues, teammates, members, customers, etc.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights
Bachelor's Degree preferred
