Huckletree is part of the exciting, diverse and rapidly growing coworking landscape. This role will give you the opportunity to enthuse your passion for technology, start-ups and entrepreneurship whilst being fully immersed within the Manchester start-up ecosystem.

This position is based within our community team and reports directly into the location General Manager. This role also works alongside our marketing, programming and business development teams, all against the backdrop of Manchester’s thriving tech ecosystem and fast-paced start-up landscape.

What does success within this role look like?

  • Your primary focus will be sales. You’ll be sent pre-qualified leads from our business development team, and you will be responsible for converting them into members.

KPIs Hub NPS score, Conversion Rates (75%), Occupancy Levels (100%) & Exit Interviews with each member company (100%)

  • You will be immersed within our members journey whilst cultivating a curated community of start-ups, scale-ups and global business to ensure that our members continue to love working from your Huckletree hub.
  • With our members at the forefront of your decision-making process, you will come up with unique and engaging member initiatives and programmes to enhance member experience - We believe that member retention is key to building an amazing community.



  • You’ll be a natural at running a kick arse tour, following up and converting leads into Huckletree members.
  • You’ll keep track of everyone who’s keen to become a Huckletree member. During training, we’ll make sure that you are confirmable with our CRM system, you’ll be a whizz in no time.
  • You'll consistently be thinking of new and interesting ways to attract and convert and prospective members into your hub.
  • Prior to new members joining your space, you will communicate with our central sales function and get to know the members business prior to their first day.
  • Create and conduct a seamless on-boarding experience for new members that join your community
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all members with a focus on immersing yourself within their businesses and proactively supporting their growth, potential pinch-points and continuous opportunities to connect members within our community
  • Participate in creating all community social events based on knowledge of our member needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest potential new revenue streams
  • Produce occupancy & sales progress reports for the GM and HQ
  • Negotiate membership rates in line with HQ guidelines
  • Proactively manage member renewals and potential churn to ensure that we retain as many members as possible.
