Your role

Factory Berlin’s ideal candidate is an experienced Office Manager, an organisational talent, a creative problem solver and someone with a good feeling for people and culture. As Office Manager you will work closely with HR and you will be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office. You will also be part of creating and maintaining a friendly work environment for your future team.


  • You will be responsible of creating a fun, positive and safe working place
  • You will support our HR Team in on- and off-boarding tasks as well as in cultural and organizational development and administration
  • You will ensure an adequate stock of stationery, equipment, kitchen and other office supplies, and manage related vendors and budgets
  • You will make business travel arrangements and travel expenses for leadership team
  • You will perpetuate our company culture by organizing team events, happy hours, off-sites etc. and bring in your own ideas for team initiatives
  • You will be point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate third party contractors to ensure an excellent service level
  • You will work closely with other business operations departments (HR, Legal and Finance) to ensure the alignment on the employee experience
  • You will support different teams with exciting projects (e.g. organizing of office moves or new seating, on-boarding new employees, new merchandise ideas)



  • You have work experience in the field of Office Management in fast-paced organizations
  • You have excellent organizational skills and you are a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
  • You are experienced in scheduling, planning and executing projects
  • You are team oriented, approachable and love helping people with a smile
  • You can multitask under pressure and have a flexible approach to changing priorities
  • You are an empathetic and social person with strong interpersonal communication and client interaction skills
  • You are fluent in German & English (written and oral)
  • You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality paired with a ‘make it happen’ spirit
  • You have great ideas for team events and get creative on the ongoing process of maintaining and improving a nice work environment and a great team culture
