  • Business development: build/develop canvassing lists to canvass
  • Schedule and assign tours for Community Developer, community managers, and assistant community managers in all Bond Collective locations
  • Follow up with leads in CRM, by emails and phone
  • Log and track all leads that have come in
  • Research necessary information to make sure all data on leads and opportunities are in CRM
  • Maintain and expand wait list to ensure 100% occupancy
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads through research, social media, and referrals
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls,meetings and pipeline generated
  • Maintain updated and detailed records of prospective calls, meetings, and subsequent follow-ups in CRM
  • Use Prospecting Tools and Build Lists
  • Find accurate contact information for leads in specific industries or locations.
  • Find targeted people at targeted companies
  • Ensuring follow-up, and calls-to-action
  • Collaborate with team lead to identify best strategies and approaches to consistently achieve company's sales targets


  • At least 1 year of Business-to-Business (B2B) selling experience with evidence of exceptional performance
  • Demonstrate strong phone and in person prospecting skills
  • Successful sales experience in a face-to-face cold calling background.
  • A strong work ethic needed for market development through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Excellent closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work as a positive team member, always available to assist colleagues, teammates, members, customers, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
