Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and implementing Huckletree’s demand generation strategy across PPC, SEM, SEO, display, social and other channels. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Tech and Business development teams.

The successful candidate is passionate and takes a creative approach to running social marketing campaigns, ad testing and optimizing the conversion funnel. 


    • Drive strategy, execution and optimization of all our integrated campaigns to expand our marketing reach
    • Measure and test campaigns across Email, Social Media and Paid Advertising and implement nurture programmes
    • Work closely with business development to ensure a strong lead pipeline, and meet the expectations in terms of quantity and quality of generated leads and own the execution and measurement of campaigns and their contribution to sales and revenue goals
    • Determine targeting and messaging to drive net-new leads and nurture existing leads
    • Take part in the strategic direction of marketing activities based on marketing analytics data
    • Be expected to report on your KPIs to Senior Management
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Data Studio)
    • Regularly monitor meta data & keywords via to improve our ranking in search results for targeted keywords
    • Work closely with other departments across the business to ensure smooth delivery of new availability, products and workspaces, from planning through to launch
    • Oversee web content for better SEM ranking using the CMS (e.g. text, images, metadata, URLs, links, etc.)
    • Manage the Paid Digital annual budget
    • Report directly to the Director of Marketing, working closely with our Growth Associate, Sales and Tech teams


    • You like building things from scratch, as you’ll be the our first hire in this area
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing in a rapid-growth, B2B environment
    • You have direct experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
    • You have a proven track record of spearheading user acquisition efforts across other digital companies (you’ll be asked to provide case studies)
    • You are a Multi-Channel Marketer, with working knowledge of most/all marketing channels and vehicles: website, email, social, blogs, webinars
    • You have strong creative writing skills
    • You have a solid understanding of website development and CMS platforms
    • You have strong knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
    • You’re driven by delivering shared goals with our sales team
    • You are comfortable with project management across multiple teams and work streams
    • You have contagious presentation and influence skills and you are able to generate excitement, participation and support for all campaigns across sales, marketing and management teams
