The Wing is seeking a talented Production Coordinator to join the Experiences team.  This position is primarily responsible for day to day management of production logistics that support the planning and execution of The Wing’s brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns and partnership events.  An exceptional communicator, the Production Coordinator will serve as a liaison with internal and external teams; effectively tracking and reporting on multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a creative problem-solver who excels a fast-paced environment. 


    • Research creative concepts, venues and vendors per assigned scope and budget; and present findings in a clear, organized format
    • Vendor management: contract approved vendors, prepare rental and purchase orders, facilitate payments, organize site walk-throughs, deploy production schedules, etc  (e.g. AV, staging/decor, furniture, catering, lighting, equipment, staffing)
    • On-site event support from event load-in through load-out
    • Update event presentation decks and production documents (e.g. ROS, vendor lists, production schedules, wrap reports, etc)
    • Support in obtaining all necessary event permits and insurance
    • Support on individual project and dept accounting needs, including monthly corporate credit card reconciliations, event expense tracking, and budget wraps
    • Liaise cross-departmentally on project details, to ensure clear communication of event scope and timeline, on-site logistics, and staffing needs
    • Admin support: attend and schedule meetings as needed, note-taking, distribute meeting recaps and next steps, coordinate team travel / accommodations, manage event supplies and warehouse inventory
    • To action all other reasonable requests as stipulated by the senior team members


    • 3+ years of experience in a live event, entertainment and/or production role
    • Highly organized team player with a passion for live event production
    • Outstanding time management - ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail across multiple projects/events simultaneously
    • Understanding of core event production elements, terms and process
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
    • Strong interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with various personalities and perform in demanding, fast-paced environments
    • Quick to learn and adapt to new platforms, processes and procedures
    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed
    • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
