We are currently seeking a Project Architect who is familiar with all the phases of the Commercial

Interior architecture process from Schematic design through the Construction Administration

As a Project Architect, you will be involved in a particular project from start to finish working with

Internal & External teams to ensure consistent standards and best practices among projects.  

Most of the focus of the Project Architect role is to be a custodian of 91s brand design in a region by

leveraging a high level of integration with our Standards manuals and building information workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for validating functional requirements, providing programming and space planning data to the external architect.
  • Substantial involvement during project start-up and schematic design based on 91springboard design standards (Close coordination with Central Standards team)
  • Ensure efficient and quality design projects, by collaborating with all teams on the execution of 91springboard standards, goals and brand ideals.
  • Ability to solve and manage any design issues that may arise during the entire project.
  • Understand continuous improvement initiatives and implementation best practices within project teams
  • Ensures that all internal and external stakeholders have the most accurate project design data
  • Identify design process issues that affect project teams and surface to relevant department/stakeholder.
  • Understanding of Project budgeting and scheduling with a focus on soft costs and the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met and deliverables are on time.
  • Knowledge & comfort working with zoning and building code.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 4-6 Years in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Industry, Construction technology
  • Expertise with Revit, Rhino, & Graphical Programming (Illustrator, Photoshop) is desirable
  • General knowledge of integrated architectural practice, clash detection, quantity take off and drawing production.
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner with demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
