Who is the Sales Account Manager?

This full-time position is based in London. The Sales Account Manager is a hunter, responsible for the business development and account management. Meeting sales targets by reaching out to dream, mega and strategic accounts and converting them to Mindspace clients.

Your day at Mindspace.

With strong communication skills and a passion for sales and networking, you will be responsible for driving top of the funnel sales opportunities. You will prospect for new business and sell the services that Mindspace has to offer. You will be responsible for the sales process from the initial call and throughout contract negotiation.

What You Will Be Responsible For, Mainly.

  • Qualifying key accounts leads and converting them to tours and closed deals (Inbound & Outbound).
  • Lead generation and prospecting.
  • Offering suitable proposals that meets customer’s and broker’s expectations.
  • Identifying customer’s new needs/challenges and forecasting future expansion.
  • Making sure the payment issues are taken care of on a monthly basis.
  • Executing Brokers and Key accounts retention plans.


Do you have the following experience?

  • 2+ years as a strategic account manager (a must)
  • Experience in Pre-sale processes, market research, B2B sales
  • Lead generation experience
