    • Design and execute our sales strategy - you’ll drive the strategy, execution and optimization of all our sales campaigns to expand our pipeline and exceed our revenue targets
    • Be focused on our Key Metrics: Whilst revenue is our most obvious global metric, you will keep an eager eye on other important metrics: Average Sales Cycle Lengths, CAC, ARPA, Retention Rates, and NPS
    • Report and Forecast - you’ll make sure the team religiously keeps our CRM in good hygiene and that everyone is on top of our progress against targets. You’ll provide clear forecasting and reporting of performance to our Senior Management Team and Board of Directors
    • Create a clear sales culture and be hands-on in a selling capacity yourself. We take the view that no one is too senior to get their hands dirty so you’ll be directly involved in delivering presentations and pitches to member leads at the highest level, and will always be on hand to support your team create decks and presentations and assist with contract negotiations on complex deals. You will encourage best practises and value selling within each sale cycle
    • Work hand in hand with our Marketing Team and aide and advise in marketing content and direction
    • Gain rapid product and industry expertise - you’ll quickly become an expert in Huckletree and our product and know how to articulate its value and position in the market
    • Be constantly relationship building - building relationships with senior stakeholders within our prospective customer base will be your bread and butter. You will have an excellent existing network too
    • Become a thought leader - Huckletree is setting the pace in our industry, so you’ll be called upon speak at conferences and events, quickly developing a reputation as not only someone who knows the industry as it is today - but where it’s going
    • Leadership - you will hire, coach and nurture an ambitious, go-getting team of sales professionals. Your approach will enable the team to exceed new business revenue targets


    • You have 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role in a rapid-growth technology business, including Director-level experience for 2+ years
    • You have a proven track record of exceeding new business targets
    • You have experience working with corporate and enterprise clients cross Europe
    • You’ve built a sales team before; you know how to hire great people, optimise a sales funnel, and implement the right tools for the job
    • You’re experimental; the thought of constantly running tests and trying new things excites you
    • You’re great at sales; whether presenting to an internal team for buy-in or selling to potential new members, you excel at both
    • You are multi-faceted. You can identify new opportunity areas, tackle new verticals, manage a large sales budget, report on your activities and mentor your team - juggling several plates does not stress you out
    • You are a highly skilled and respected leader and you love developing your more junior team members
    • You are commercially astute
    • You're decisive. You take the lead and you make things happen
