Job Description

  • Developing winning business strategies for all trade channels, supervising sales team for field visiting, making sales planning, managing accountability measures and following up activities.
  • Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the required product volume and profit and organize market plans to suit necessary customer requirements and monitoring all specific transactions for the entire customer processes.
  • Making sales analysis for determining opportunities.
  • Preparing sales strategy for each year and making plans for target achievements regarding the market conditions.
  • Managing of customer relations and attending in all related sales activities
  • Defining and following up sales team's targets and KPI's.
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet their operational and financial objectives.


Ideal Qualifications


  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop account plans
  • Hardworking team player with a result orientated attitude
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written, verbal)
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
