We are currently looking for a Sales Launching Manager to join the Global Expansion team at Talent Garden, with a specific focus on new Campuses Launch and reporting directly to the Director of the Launch team.

As Sales Launching Manager you will:


 


  • Support and onboard a new local sales team,

  • Ensure cross functional alignment & communication with central teams,

  • Support the activity of tracking milestones & KPIs toward the launch,

  • Be overall responsive and innovative to succeed in having an impact on the relevant market with the entire Talent Garden value proposition in coworking, education, events and open innovation/connection facilitation.

  • Work with B2C and B2B Sales teams to define actions in order to achieve the expected goals being hands on into the daily activities,

  • Grant an effective link with all the relevant central functions (product/business/support central units) making sure that all the colleagues understand the local context

  • Facilitate communication and problem solving between teams.

You will be:


 


  • A Driver and Subject Matter Expert for sales launches

  • Able to bring Talent Garden vision, culture and services into a new local context

  • Able to work with entire local and global team with a higher focus on sales impacting roles

  • Able to build, maintain, and communicate internally all sales related launch activities and track results, milestones, risks and dependencies from the central team.

  • Able to Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management when needed

  • An Advocate and continuous proactive support for the local team throughout the pre & post opening processes to ensure they have the support from the relevant central functions needed to succeed

You are:


 

A professional with 5+ years of experience as a sales & marketing process professional, both from a B2C and B2B perspective, with hands on experience in launching new businesses and/or new products in new cities/countries and with:


 


  • Project management skills

  • CRM and ERP tools

  • Organizational, negotiation and time management skills

  • Relevant experience leading a team or cross functional projects

  • Mother tongue level or high fluency in written and spoken English

  • Superb communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Outstanding sales aptitude

  • Genuine interest for and footprint in the digital/tech European ecosystem

  • "Natural evangelist" attitude and to be a strong customer advocate

  • Problem solving with a strong analytical mindset

  • Results orientation with a "done is better than perfect" approach

  • Willingness to travel for work in the new launch location up to 80% of your working time
