The New Sales Manager is a crucial role in Transactionale’s growth strategy. Focused on accelerating business and international growth, the resource generates new business opportunities by rapidly reaching new clients.
The resource, that will be included in the existing Transactionale’s Commercial Division, will have the following responsibilities:
Develop new clients relationship, with a special focus on spanish eShops;
Identify and develop new leads, customers and opportunities;
Execute go-to market strategies to the grow target client portfolio;
Create new leads from scratch;
Identify opportunities to transform ad-hoc relationships into continuous contracts;
Work closely with the internal organization to realize/deliver customer solutions;
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports;
Gather market intelligence on trends, customer expectations, and competitive activity;
Correct usage of CRM system (recording leads, visit reports, communication etc.);
Establish key/strategic customer and third party alliances.
The resource must demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
2 - 3 years of service/ITC (digital adv) sales experience;
Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in english;
Knowledge of online retail industry is highly recommend
Passionate about sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities;
Strong negotiator and deal closer, comfortable in challenging and influencing client at all levels;
Skillful in driving client interest and new business through creative proposal of Transactionale capabilities;
Independent worker, who also contributes to the overall objectives of a team;
Strong analytical skills;
Capability to deal at a high level with customers;
Proven results in a technical commercial environment;
Ability to develop and be comfortable developing business;
Ability to manage own tasks/agenda;
Established network of contacts;
International company experience;
Experience in working by targets;
Ability to hear customers, articulate their needs and turn them into opportunities.
Strong commercial approach.
Personal characteristics: Great standing, excellent communication skills, ability to read other’s styles and adapt behavior accordingly; ability to influence people inside the organization as well as outside; proactive and professional attitude; good problem solving skills, availability to travel.

- Work permit for Spain
- 2 - 3 years of service/ITC sales experience;
- Competitive fixed salary with uncapped commissions (RAL €25/€30K + BONUS)
