We are currently looking for a high energy Senior Business Partner to join our B2B Sales Unit in Italy to help Big Corporates in Italy to enable their digital transformation through Talent Garden's products and ecosystem.

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets by managing the overall relationship with current clients while also developing our network and exploring new business opportunities in Italy.

As Senior Business Partner You Will

  • Develop a deep understanding of Talent Garden's ecosystem and products and articulate their value propositions, features, and benefits;
  • Take full responsibility for managing and growing customer portfolio and identify new clients and opportunities for growth;
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic selling processes and adherence to sales plan;
  • Show the ability to carry out end to end sales activities (identify client needs, develop proposals, present offers, negotiate, and close opportunities) to current clients and prospects;
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers;
  • Supervise and coordinate project delivery serving as the interface between the client and the operations team;
  • Check results, share reports with customers and continuously gather feedback;
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly;
  • Maintain up to date customer and sales data on the CRM tool;
  • Work with internal legal advisor to define contracts.

You Have

At least 6 years experience in a sales, account management or customer success roles

Superior negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships

Proven experience managing to a quota and exceeding revenue goals.

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Ability to be flexible and achieve amazing results in a fast-paced atmosphere while remaining focused, working productively, and successfully juggling many tasks and relationships

Analytical-mindset: you translate data into a simple solution and uses that;

A Result-driven approach: you don't only focus on your own results, but always do what's best for the clients and the delivery teams

A constant desire to improve and look for better solutions
