About the role

Space management is one of our key roles supporting the smooth functioning and operation of our serviced office venues and physical space inventory. Holding space and any related services at the highest standard is the main mission of this role and directly contributes to success of an entire team or venue. Space manager controls the facilities management by maintaining and developing core services at agreed level of quality and resource allocation. At the same time focuses on client needs and issues in order to provide a true worry-free experience.


  • Maintains and coordinates space related services to clients
  • Supports sales team in client negotiations, space allocation, change management and cost projections
  • Tracks space occupancy, projected and real, provides data collection and reporting
  • Prepares, maintains and evaluates budgets linked to space&facility operation
  • Improves the efficiency of space, in functioning, design, energy, resource allocation
  • Maintains a set of actions required by existing contracts with building landlords
  • Resolves issues and problems by a combination of technical knowledge, common sense and organization skills
  • Ensures that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Oversees building projects, renovations, refurbishments
  • Manages a team of hosts and first impression managers on site
  • Cooperates with financial/operations department in asset tracking and documentation
  • Structures feedback and lessons learned from space usage and design


  • Previous experience is custommer service
  • Previous experience in Space and Facility management is a big plus
  • Fluent in English
