Your role


Factory Berlin’s ideal candidate is an all-rounder, who is highly organized and personable, with a passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and the tech ecosystem. As a Startups Partnerships Coordinator, you will be a core member of the Startup Team, working with the various products we offer startups and founders. You will regularly liaise with our clients and be in charge of the day-to-day execution of our on-campus startup operations.




  • Community management of Startup Team product - regularly meeting with Founders and teams to discuss their needs and requirements
  • Management of back-end onboarding and maintenance of startup client accounts and team turnover, liaising regularly with finance and legal departments
  • Ownership of day-to-day operations of the Startup Labs and shared space in our Görlitzer Park campus
  • Conducting primary and secondary research on relevant potential startup clients within the Berlin and wider German ecosystem
  • Assist in building and managing a sales funnel to generate leads for various startup products
  • Assist in conducting the due diligence/evaluation process of potential startup clients to determine whether they are a strategic fit for our community
  • Regular attendance of local startup ecosystem meetups and events to build out Factory Berlin’s network and brand awareness




  • You have 1-3 years of experience in consulting, project or account management within a fast-paced corporate or startup environment
  • You studied Business Management / Innovation / Entrepreneurship or a similar specialty
  • You have a passion for startups, technology, and the changing digital landscape
  • You are structured, reliable, very well-organized, goal-oriented and stress-resistant
  • You are personable with excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
  • You are a self-starter able to work independently and take responsibility for owning projects
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of German both written and spoken
  • You have good knowledge of the Google Suite, Apple’s iWork office suite and project management/work productivity software such as Trello, Airtable, and Zapier
