The Wing is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to join our team. This person will work directly with the Director of Technology Operations and will be responsible for all tasks related to systems management, end user support, and improving the efficiency of critical business operations through technology.

 

You will be on the front lines of our growing business, helping teams throughout the company accomplish their goals and hit their deadlines. You will be an asset to our HQ and field staff as a resource for all things IT. This role requires someone who loves to assist others and find creative solutions to technical problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Maintain IT inventory and technical assets
    • Manage internal ticketing system for Helpdesk Tech Support
    • End user support for HQ and remote staff
    • Manage user provisioning and onboarding systems
    • Manage and administer internal application stack
    • Assist with company-wide roll outs of new technical initiatives
    • Support with basic network troubleshooting
    • Manage and monitor essential systems at Wing Spaces (Printers, Access Control, Network, Conference Rooms, etc.)
    • Fulfill and manage all technical purchase requests
    • Design and manage internal support documentation and SOPs
    • Lead technical trainings for new employees
    • Manage and monitor essential HQ systems and networks
    • Provide basic AV support and maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Preferred 1-2 years of relevant tech support experience in a mixed Windows/Mac environment
    • Capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues across multiple platforms
    • Experience with G-Suite Admin
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process documentation
    • Advanced problem solving skills with a focus on customer service
    • Independent, self-starter with a passion for helping others
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
