At the end of March, our licenced tenants moved out and we now have the opportunity to make our rarely available upstairs rooms available on a long term licence. The space was previously used by an Ofsted approved Montessori nursery, however there is scope for flexibility of use for the right tenant.

We are also happy to consider shorter term rentals.
