- Reset: The retreat aims at bringing you out of your own daily-environment so you can take a step back and reset and reflect.
- Learn: Learn from yourself and from the other participants who will join the retreat. Our daily programming will help you gain some perspective on challenge(s) you might face, while developing solutions on how to solve them as a group.
- Connect: Build long-lasting connections with other community managers and become a part of our second cohort!
The Program
The retreat will be tailored to the group of participants joining us. When signing up, you’ll receive an
onboarding questionnaire, in which we’ll ask you to share with us the challenges you currently face as well as
the things you believe you do really well when it comes to bringing your members together and growing your
positive impact.
