Business Centre Manager
Salary Range: GBP 28000 - 28000/ Year

Business First/B1 Your Space is a leading provider of serviced office space across the North West.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and sales-focused Business Centre Manager to take responsibility for Northlight Estates – our flagship platinum, multi-use site.
Northlight is more than a traditional business centre, offering a diverse mix of office, commercial and community space within a unique development. This is a varied role requiring someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the site, build strong relationships with occupiers and drive the letting of available space.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management and presentation of Northlight Estates.
- Conduct viewings of available spaces, follow up enquiries and manage reservations.
- Proactively drive sales, occupancy and tenant retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and occupiers.
- Ensure the site and all communal areas are maintained and presented to our platinum-site standards.
- Promote available spaces and identify opportunities to generate new enquiries and lettings.
- Deal professionally and efficiently with tenant queries, complaints and day-to-day issues.
- Prepare new tenancy agreements and ensure all required move-in documentation is completed.
- Issue monthly invoices and work closely with the finance team to ensure payments are maintained in accordance with tenancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate tenant, enquiry and occupancy records.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Northlight Estates, its facilities, occupiers and available spaces.
- Work with contractors and internal teams to ensure maintenance and operational matters are dealt with promptly.
- Ensure the site provides a professional, welcoming and high-quality experience for tenants and visitors at all times.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Minimum 1 year's customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience.
- Excellent written English, grammar and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and take responsibility for the site.
- Full driving licence and own means of transport.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm
