Why Mindspace?
At Mindspace, we're redefining what the workplace can be.
Founded in 2014, Mindspace has grown into one of the world's leading premium flexible workspace providers, operating nearly 50 locations across Europe, the US, and Israel. More than beautifully designed workspaces, we are a hospitality-driven company built around exceptional service, inspiring environments, and vibrant communities.
Our success has been built by ambitious people who care deeply about creating remarkable customer experiences, building strong global brands, and constantly raising the bar. As we continue to grow profitably and expand our global footprint, we're looking for people who want to shape the future of work - and how we bring it to life across our markets.
Why This Role?
This is an international, hands-on Marketing role based in London, with responsibility for driving Mindspace’s marketing activity across several European markets.
As Marketing Manager, you will own 360° marketing plans across your markets - from strategy and budgeting through execution, optimization and measurement - working across brand, digital, lead generation, partnerships, events, PR and offline marketing.
You’ll work closely with our global Marketing team, local market leaders and Sales teams to build demand, generate high-quality leads, strengthen the Mindspace brand and support commercial growth across Europe.
This is a role for someone who combines strong marketing thinking with a real bias for execution - someone who enjoys taking an idea from strategy all the way through to measurable results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own marketing strategy and execution for key Mindspace markets and locations across Europe.
- Build and execute 360° annual and quarterly marketing plans based on commercial priorities, market insights and local opportunities.
- Generate high-quality leads and support customer acquisition through online and offline campaigns.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline, occupancy and revenue goals.
- Manage campaigns across digital, performance, brand, PR, partnerships, events, community and offline channels.
- Lead go-to-market activity for new locations and offerings, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, launch plans, budgets and execution.
- Strengthen Mindspace’s brand awareness and local relevance across assigned markets.
- Manage local marketing budgets and continuously optimize investment based on performance and ROI.
- Identify, engage and manage agencies, vendors and local partners.
- Drive Mindspace’s presence at relevant conferences, trade shows, ecosystem and industry events.
- Develop high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, campaigns, case studies, content and other commercial collateral.
- Gather market and customer insights from local teams and translate them into smarter marketing decisions.
- Track campaign and funnel performance, using data to continuously improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant international marketing management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building and executing 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising and lead generation.
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing is highly valuable.
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how Marketing supports Sales, pipeline and revenue.
- Experience working across multiple markets and adapting global strategies to local audiences.
- Experience with PR, media relations and agency management is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally across European markets.
- Based in London and comfortable working closely with our local and international teams.
Who You Are
You are an all-around marketer who loves both strategy and execution. You’re creative enough to build a strong campaign and analytical enough to understand whether it actually worked.
You understand the connection between brand, demand generation and commercial performance. You’re proactive, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple markets, stakeholders and priorities at once.
Most importantly, you’re a doer. You take ownership, move quickly and enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, launches and measurable business results.
