What will you do?

Define and execute a strategy for the new company;

Prospect, design, develop and successfully execute new hub spaces, securing a viable financial model, strategic partnerships, locations, and a compelling launching campaign;

Coordinate and oversee the execution and management of current and future hubs, making sure that they run according to the plan;

Design and execute a business development and sales strategy;

Guarantee good brand equity and an engaged community in all hubs;

Create and develop a team.

What should you bring with you?

Proven work experience in similar role;

Relevant business management and leadership experience;

Strategic thinking;

Strong planning and organisational skills;

Professional and proactive work ethic;

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;

Proficient in English (written and spoken).
