The Role

As Marketing Lead, your role is to lead and execute the communication and marketing activities of the program, with the objectives of recruiting the most relevant startups and broadly promoting the program itself. You should have experience from working with marketing and communications within the startup ecosystem and preferably also the corporate world. We are looking for someone who understands both startups and corporates, and knows how to communicate with different audiences. However, we believe in learning by doing and we measure people by how far they walk the talk. There will be many opportunities, but it’s your job to seize them.

Key Tasks

Ongoing alignment and coordination with the client’s Marketing point of contact.

Create and implement digital marketing campaigns, and monitor results based on your marketing strategies, plans, and budgets.

Design creative SoMe strategies to grow followers, incl. visual and written content for SoMe and website - updates, blog posts, thought leadership articles, etc.

Map and engage important startup influencers in the startup ecosystem globally.

Create material in inDesign and/or Sketch - e.g. event posters, banners for SoMe, etc.

Copywriting for new website and ongoing updating when needed in WordPress.

Other ad hoc tasks.
