We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team at Huckletree to cover Maternity Leave on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Execute strategies that build our brand in a creative and compelling way with strong brand storytelling
  • Budget: manage and report on the marketing budget
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Project manage campaigns to consistently deliver on brand image, ensuring our campaigns are creatively best-in-class and on-brand
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
  • Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Be our brand guardian across our branding, positioning and tone of voice. This includes supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency whilst keeping brand integrity in all respects
  • Managing and preparing monthly content and social media calendar, preparing member case studies, monitoring engagement and performance and implementing best practise across our channels.
  • Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
  • Managing and securing brand partnerships to continuously improve member experience and support client retention
  • Crafting exciting stories for press, responding to media opportunities and keeping up to date with industry coverage
  • Work with the commercial and community teams to support new client recruitment and existing client retention
  • Carrying out market researching in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.

  • What we need you to bring to help us achieve that:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Brand Manager) from a B2B business
  • The ability to work on multiple projects across multiple products at any given time
  • Strong relationship building skills with both management and external partners
  • Experience in delivering marketing campaigns with tangible results
  • Being a true brand storyteller with a creative mindset
  • The ability to work both strategically with a future focus and tactically to drive short term performance
  • Omni-channel marketing experience and ability to showcase delivering commercial results is a plus
  • Passion for brand and marketing and experience in building brand equity
  • Experience in working cross-functionally
  • Ideally experience working for a start up disruptive brand
  • Copywriting experience is a plus
