[Expired] - Campus Manager

Ensure that the campus's coworking spaces are filled with innovative startups, freelancers, and innovative corporate teams

Set up the campus as a venue to host exciting events in the city

Lead and inspire the local Campus team by maintaining and constantly improving the entire Campus, from sales processes to safety and security

Have a constant overview of campus and community activities and help the team define relevant topics to cover

Act as Business Developer for the Campus activities, representing Talent Garden at events in the city and at meetings with potential partners

Keep track of the economic situation monthly and define an action plan to accomplish all the mutually defined goals

Have a hands-on approach on-campus infrastructure and operating processes.

Be fully responsible for P&L, estimating revenues, costs and managing a team of 3-6 people

Coordinate and collaborate with your colleagues in the country - Corporate Transformation and Innovation School teams

Work together with the Global Community team to integrate the local startups into the global Talent Garden community

A professional with at least 3 years of experience in coworking management/management of a campus or innovation projects

Proven experience in sales or launching a startup or a scaleup

Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem

Strong knowledge of the local market

Proven experience in managing a team

A person with a natural flair for contact with people.

Fluent knowledge of the English language

Very good knowledge of Google Doc suite (Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs)

Great communication skills
