Your role We are looking for a passionate, pro-active individual who can support in driving our business as if it were their own. Must be a people-person, organised, insanely efficient, and relentless in chasing down leads! Your role is to lead direct outreach and increase sales pipeline from this channel. You’ll be supporting broker engagement and working to maximise tour numbers across our existing and new buildings. We trust you to prioritise well, maintain great relationships & make considered recommendations on sales opportunities. Our central sales team are role models in driving sales, as well as keeping our businesses profitable by balancing the right deals against the right opportunities in our spaces. Your day to day Sales & Revenue · You’ll manage our Direct Leads pipeline and be responsible for maximising tours from this channel · You’re responsible for managing all Broker leads & converting those leads from ‘Enquired’ to ‘Tour’ · You’ll build and maintain strong broker relationships to maximise brand awareness & tour numbers · You’ll provide monthly reporting on broker and direct outreach numbers to help us understand market trends You’ll be measured in this role by: o Increase in tour bookings from direct outreach o Improvement in broker engagement o Improved enquiry to tour conversion o Support to Central Sales team in converting leads to deal. About you · You’ll be confident, persuasive & engaging · A great communicator as well as a great listener – able to understand new & existing members’ needs · You’ll have some previous successful sales experience · You’re commercially minded and able to weigh up opportunities to deliver the best deal for the business · You’re super organised, a diary ninja & have great attention to detail · You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to be part of a team with big plans for the year ahead! · You’re up for travel where it’s needed (mostly in central London) · You’re happy to jump in to tour our spaces if required & build relationships face to face Why you’ll love Work.Life Work happiness is our passion, and this starts with our own team.
