    Full-time Community Associate

    You are genuinely motivated, want to make a difference in people's working lives and understand how a positive service experience can affect the relationship with our members.

    Initial work experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, but is not necessarily assumed to be necessary. For the Community Associate position, your attitude is far more important than your previous work experience and job titles. The advertised position is an entry-level position. We want Techspace and this position to be the starting point for a successful career in Hospitality & Operations, where Techspace provides you with support, opportunities for growth and development.

    Requirements:

    Caring- In a role where you are so central to our community, a genuine sense of empathy and care is essential. You worry about how your words and actions affect the people around you. You give 100% so that people feel in good hands with you.

    Strong listening - Having an open ear for the concerns of our members is an important skill for this role. Conscious listening, the implementation of feedback and finding appropriate solutions is part of your role.

    Bilingual (German/English) – You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages to build relationships and connections with our members and the entire Techspace team.



    As a Community Associate, you will have cross-functional responsibilities to provide versatile support to our members and buildings. These are listed in detail below.

    Tasks:

    Give Techspace a face - You will be the first and most important point of contact to provide support and exceptional hospitality to all members and their visit. While you staff and manage the reception during peak business hours, you are also responsible for ensuring that the entrance area of our buildings looks inviting and tidy.

    Deliver a 5* service - Our goal is to deliver a service that accelerates the growth of our members. We do everything with care and conscientiousness. We are happy if you have a critical mindset and so that you question yourself and our service, so that we can continuously improve our offer.

    Be the center of our community - Make it your mission to know our members so that you are always able to create meaningful and mutually beneficial connections between them and the broader Techspace community.
